7.5 pre shot what do I do?

Hello I need your advice urgently. It’s time to do the shot and this is the fist time since my Simsim’s diagnosis over 6 months ago his numbers are this low pre shot(7.5). He is on 2.75 units Lantus. Yes, that's the guidance I was given. (I fed before thinking to ask here, but I still re-tested at 20 minutes - she was still eating. It was a little lower. I'm going to skip.

Hi @Hala! I saw your post in the Feline Diabetes group and gave you a little information about Tight Regulation and the link to the dosing methods we use with Lantus. TR and SLGS

I would recommend you start posting in the Lantus forum. It's a very active forum with lots of people using insulin's like Lantus so you can get lots of good advice there.

You should also put the link to your spreadsheet at the end of your "Signature". That way it's always there when you post for people to check.
