And it looks like we are into bounce mode as a reaction to yesterday's long string of blues. After her usual CPC status, Neko had a good snuggle on DH's lap, a couple of yard patrols, and is now settled back into the wicker basket in the solarium. There's usually a contest to see which cat gets there first, but usually Neko beats Theo to it. Or else she bosses him away :lol:

A cloudy day with sun promised later - a good day for errands and catch up on things to do before the trip to CSU. I get so much less done on days when Neko goes lower.

Nice to hear that Neko had some beautiful blue action going on That must have felt pretty swell for her
The brighter side of the bounce is that you get permission to get some errands done and what better day to do it than when it's cloudy! Good luck getting your chores done before the big trip!

PMPS 390 - ick! in the 390's from +3 on to PMPS. Time for something different Neko! At least we got to ease off on the pokies today.

@Tamara - yes, it was a great day for getting errands done. Still had the Olympics as a distraction but Neko was glad of the reprieve. Neko did feel good in blues yesterday - I hope she'll get back there soon.

@Libby - we leave for CSU on Friday and CT to start things off is booked for Monday. We'll take 3 days to drive there - poor Neko. Thanks for the pie recipe - I'll have to try it when I get back. Maybe with fresh peahes?

@Pip - Neko is still getting used to low blues so a bounce is expected. At least it doesn't last as long as it used to. The weather got better as the day got on. Not too hot so good for yard work.
