Whew! No tough decision for this a.m., though it would have been nice if he was a solid blue instead of yellow. But, game on. Gave him a drop. We'll see how this new plan plays out. I hope it's just what he needed! Gotta run to work but wanted to update first...

Johnny, my one-drop-wonder, is 52 at +3. This, despite the fact that someone was over fixing our stairs. They had to pull off each step and re-set them. There was lots of nail gun use and a loud compressor of some sort. Not to worry about the kitties, they were safely sequestered in the bedroom.

I wonder if you could just dip the needle in the insulin and stick in in him! LOL...I mean, how much smaller a dose can you measure?!??!?!

So funny you say that, kryskat...I actually said that before the last trial, kind of joking, kind of not. It does make sense doesn't it?! Maybe that's plan F. ;-)

105 at PMBG.

I literally did let him sniff the insulin bottle (wiped it off with alcohol afterwards even though he didn't touch it) and took a syringe (cap on) and just touched it to his back! He was very intrigued. Now, for the placebo-effect trial, lol. Thanks for the idea, MJ! Hehe.

It's working! ;-) First evening green in five days! 99 at +2. Though only one day with insulin support. I don't know why, call it weekend giddy-ness, but this is cracking me up tonight. Since the "shot," Brian and I have been talking around Johnny about how the insulin should be getting to work by now and laugh-smiling at each other.

ps. you can call these tests +12 and +14, since they are 12 and 14 hours after the last shot.
