Lucy's appetite is particularly poor this morning.
She has only eaten about 2 table spoons, maybe not even.
And that's after a few "who's more persistent" games.
She didn't want to eat any of the Wellness varieties more than a couple of small balls, so I opened a totally different can, Nature's Variety Instinct Limited Ingredient Diet Duck Formula.
I don't know the phosphorus value of this food, but getting some food in her is more important at the moment.
I haven't had to open a different brand of food for Lucy for a long time as I can usually get her to eat something out of Wellness.
I keep many different foods at home but don't really like to give new food to Lucy because she has sensitive stomach.
I picked NV Duck Formula because she used to eat Royal Canin Hypoallergenic vet food, and that was duck and she did well.
She ate it a little better than Wellness.
The Leukeran must be out of her system by now, and I don't think she's nauseated any more.
I think she just doesn't trust foods, and is afraid of eating.
She eats one food better than the others, and eat raw food treat I use to wrap Azodyl enthusiastically.
I think I'm going to give her Cypro (without Cerenia) after I come home from work, so she'll eat dinner.
It may make her remember the joy of eating.
At least today is cooler.
Sending vines to all in need.
