Next week when he gets off the ear drops his numbers better start coming down or we are going back to the vets and ask for a different insulin because lantus just isn't working for us anymore! :cry:

i feel your pain, bob. after being tightly controlled, alex started on an ab ointment with steroids in it.
her amps this morning (after only 2 applications of the ointment) was 254! ugh.
arnie has been on lantus for awhile now. it wouldn't hurt to try levemir. although, he was doing pretty good on lantus prior to the ear drops...
