Yesterday's Condo

We are in the yellow mode right now. Wondering if this is the effects of the full moon. Shadow didn't eat a lot this morning but rather came to sit next to me as I was reading a note from Carolyn. When I finished, I told him that she was diong okay and he turned and left the room.
He and his sister have been grooming each others' head a lot lately. They start out so sweetly, licking each others' ears and neck. Then the fight starts. Well, I am never sure if it is fight or just a wrestling moment or two. :lol: It used to happen only when I put catnip down but lately it has just happened for no apparent reason.
Shadow has the look of health lately. He is just so sweet...and his fur is looking great. They are looking forward to seeing all their friends tonight. They are so happy to be celebrating the Full thunder Moon with all their friends. See you all later!

J.D. did a little hunting this morning, so he could bring a present to the party. But, I wouldn't let him keep it.

Good morning...Putty seems to be liking yellow this morning too.
It is good to have a healthy looking Shadow. Did someone say a party?
Monday's aren't so bad when you are on vacation. :mrgreen:

Glad to see that Shadow is looking healthier and is feeling better...the wrestling is a good sign, isn't it!

Woohoo, another party at your house today, Shadow and Raja...hey, not fighting, kay...well, unless that Raja is treating you bad or wants to clean ya up when all you want to do is take a nap, like my civvie sister does. and what a low yellow cycle it is ... almost blue this morning! I love hearing how shadow is looking so good these days ... I'm sure it's just brother/sister love they are showing when they wrestle ... have a great monday!
 
Aww, I love hearing about your two babies! I really miss having a companion kitty for Maggie. I almost adoped a Siamese kitten, but just then Maggie started showing the symptoms of diabetes, so I put a hold on it. Mags loved Mikey, my GA Siamese mix kitty, and he tolerated her mothering him.

Maggie is still in party mode and wants to attend the party. Is it okay for her to crash in, even though she's OTJ? She misses everyone and loves Shadow & Raja's Full Moon parties. Maggie loves potato chips, but for the party says she will bring tunachips and let Chef Stu make the salsa, as she's not fond of the cooking aspect. Catch ya later! We're wishing a good numbers day for Shadow boy!
 
Is the party tonight? Socks & Spooky are getting ready should I send them now? The moon sure looked full last night over the mountains so depressing though when the whole day is cloudy and no more sun (after 4 weeks heatwave and super sunny) now it seems like winter in comparison then to go outside at night and have clear skys starrs and a big bright moon (which also means it gets very cold because the clouds at least hold the heat down on the ground at night) then I wake up in the morning and with the rising sun the clouds roll back in :evil: I was going to make a picture of the moon last night because it looked really cool rising over the mountain peak but my batteries were empty in the camera :-x

Shadow is yellow...a good color I'm told (think of sun!) blue is nice to (a clear blue sky) and lush green grass ( just went outside and after the extreme T-storms and ungodly amount of rain we had a few days ago I have a mushroom patch growing on my lawn! :lol: ) I don't eat mushrooms but I'm going to ask the neighbor what kind they are. they are really white and round I think they might be Champignons (common mushroom)
 
Nice low yellow, almost blue. Does that make green? Paws crossed. Tess is coming bright and early to get a good seat for the Moondance.

Pat, I'm sending Buzz to your place now. She's driving me crazy with asking when she can go, and I think she will be able to make herself useful decorating or place-setting or something. She also wants me to tell you that she will help clean up either tonight or tomorrow. Good luck tonight; can't wait to hear what you will manage to see from your hiding place later on! :-D
 
Morris wants to know if he can come to the party too! We just found out about since we have been MIA for awhile! He thinks that by coming to the party, I won't freak out if I see ugly numbers for the next few days! LOL!
 
Tori's on her way . SHe should be arriving pretty quick now. She gave in and is letting her brother Rocky accompany her. You'll recognize him for sure. He's got a permanent tuxedo and a cute little freckle on his nose. He promises he'll behave.
 
Hey Shad-0, Hey Raja, I'm on my way with my pots and pans and all the stuff we need for fantastic bison meatballs for the thundering herd of CATS!! Also lots of other good stuff, like shrimp for grilling, and the new tuna souffle. I can't wait to party!! The kitchen crew are all on their way, too, and we'll be setting up soon. Thanks, Raja, for getting everything ready, with Shadow's help, of course. That full moon should be wonderful to see. See you soon!

The boys are on their way. Bear is excited to see how great Shadow's fur is looking, and Teddy can't wait to meet Tori's brother Rocky.

I told Bear it was a thunder theme, so he has been working on a little something:

I hope this is New Moon wonkiness. Can you believe this day?

Well, on a happier note....all the kitties are arriving now. Some are heading to the beach for a beautiful sunset. Others are busy in the kitchen helping Chef Stu. And then there are some....well, Bear Man is keeping his seat at the bar all warmed up as he is practicing his lightning and thunder trick. :lol:
So happy to see all the kitties all together again....
My DD came upstairs from her own apartment to have dinner with us and now we are all going to have a movie night here. I will keep one eye on the movies and the other eye on the kitties. :mrgreen:
So thankful that you all allowed them to come....Happy Thunder Full Moon to you all!
 
Blackie is on his way and said he hopes he's not too late. He can't wait to see Raja & Shadow and dance by the full moon.

Ouch! Sorry for that pmps. I can feel your pain, but just wait, you know it will get better soon.

Sorry about the numbers - Mannie is off too, again. What is up with these kitties! we shall hope for better tomorrow - yes?

Mannie left several hours ago- I hope he made it. He heard that Bear Man was coming, with a new trick to boot, and just had to be there for his arrival. Sounds like quite the party!

Hi Pat,

Sara's on her way down. I told her that she was running a little later than usual. She told me that she'll be catching a moonbean so she'll be there in no time. Oh she said shes also stopping by the store to pick up some catnip plants for the hosts Raja and Shadow. They can plant them outside. I have a feeling there won't be much left to them after tonight to plant. :lol:

She's wearing her denim capris and a crisp white spaghetti strap top and hoping to turn a few heads. She can't wait to dance with all the kitties. I even saw her practicing the moon walk. These kitties are crazy I tell you. flip_cat

Hope you get a good look at the festivities Pat. Can't wait to hear all about it.

She'll be back tomorrow for clean up. They may be crazy but each and everyone of them is polite.

Purrcie emailed me a pic from the party of the kitties checking out the Full Moon at the party! Looks like they are having a blast! And check out that moon!

Doodles and Gotti have their bags packed, she has been going through her closet all day confused_cat ! And Gotti has decided to go full on beach garb ~ rainbow flip flops, and the kewl new catcha trunks :cool: !
They have decided to throw fairy dust to the wind and go :-D
Look for Gotti I'm sure he'll be sitting at the bar too drinking24 ! Looking for the denim capris and white spaghetti strap shirt :lol: And I hope Six is gonna pull out the speedo again :lol: :lol:
They are so excited to see everyone. Hope it's ok if they spend the night I hate to have them party and fly :-D :-D They are early risers! Plus they should help with the clean up.

Doodles has her IPAWD set to wake her up with her favorite tune "Dove Shack" and plenty of fairy dust to get home :lol:
