Morning all! Happy Friday. Lily is doing well this morning, 187 at AMPS. I did fatten her dose so hopefully will be going lower soon.

And it happened! She is 139 at +4.

Lily is 37 at PMPS. I tested twice and then gave her her regular LC dinner. I will test again in 20-30 minutes and see where she is before giving her insulin.

She has gone up to 105 so I went ahead and gave her .50. Should I stick with that dose for her am insulin or go back to the fat dose?

Since she hit the 30’s stick with .5. Maybe you need to start getting a +10 and feeding a little lc f dropping. She’s a tough one to figure out. She seems to do a double drop right before pmps sometimes.

Yes, I should have checked her since she had been low all day but got busy around here and didn’t think to do it. I will make sure to if possible from now on. Thanks for your help Elise!
