...and a sigh of relief was heard across Northern New Jersey on Sunday. (Well in MY building, anyway)
Alex is 98% back to his normal self today. The only thing that is keeping me from saying 100% is that is appetite is still sub par. But he is eating, peeing, pooing, grooming and eh eh on the playing but he doesn't really play. But he did the "happy dance" for his food and he IS "Purry Pants" today..so that counts as playing to me. And, his appetite is getting even better as he sees Jackson standing next to him and eating with him. That is the appetite stimulant he needed after the initial stomach problem went away. When Jackson was so sick, Nothing would have done it I am truly convinced. He was nearly as depressed as Jackson.
Speaking of the little lovebug...he is doing just so well
♥ His p's are pretty much all in order too. I am the confused one because I have pill charts galore in the kitchen and trying to keep track of who gets what in the morning and the evening is no easy task...but I know it always starts with a blood test :mrgreen: (Yes, Jacks gets them also every couple of weeks.He NOW has everything else Alex has..hopefully I have prevented diabetes with a year of low carb eating.)
A&J both ate nice breffis's and are now settling in for their morning naps. They told me to say "thank you" once again everyone for loving them and sending such good wishes when they were sick. They KNOW that's what made Jackson get better and Jackson wishes he cold lick you all :mrgreen:
