You are probably right - it takes a few days for a new dose to settle. It should get better in a couple of days. Even still - still better numbers for Jake.
 
Indeed, getting a reading is far superior to getting NONE at all! That makes me have a heart attack... meanwhile Jake just looks at me like "What?" He's so chill :D

Is Jake and indoor kitty now? I thought you said he was - and was wondering how he was adjusting? It was nice to read that his spirits are good, as well as the appetite. Good job Jake!
 
At the moment he's been my prisnor and has not been allowed outside without people being there to make sure he doesn't wander off to the neighbors. He seems fine with it, and annoyed by the fact that he's trapped all day but he's staying in my moms room at night before everyone closes up so he doesn't mind too much. Her room is quiet and cool so he's OK with it. The problem will be once I bring him into MY house and my three totally indoor kitties (where one is very territorial). That's when the true terror shall begin lol!

I have yet to bring him in because he's got fleas, and I don't want him infesting my cats. For the past month Costco has been out of the Advantage flea control. And it seems the cheapest there!
