So strange that since the dose increase he's seen a lot of yellows. His nadirs aren't that much lower. I don't get it.

Any possibility he's going lower later in the p.m. cycle and causing bouncing?? Just guessing.

Yeah its frustrating since I feel like I can't really do anything to help since he's seeing green but just seems to be bouncing from it, which he never really did much in the past. I worry about it being something systemic like pain, but everything else is about the same, eating has actually been a bit better, and he's still seeing green consistently.

Its possible there could be a lower PM number, but his nadir has historically been so reliably in the +3 to +4 rang and seems he's been starting to increase from +3 to +4 in the PM cycle.
