This bout of pancreatitis had me pretty scared, especially when he had his pancreas aspirated while going through it. After being on pain meds for almost 2 weeks, he's finally acting like he's hungry again (knocking on wood). I think the cerenia is what has made a lot of difference with him. Thankfully he never fully stopped eating this time, but he left his bowl half full over a few days.

I haven't been worrying about changing his insulin lately. I've just been trying to survive this past week and keep him in low-ish numbers, even if they aren't ideal. With as much pain as he's been in, I didn't want to chance a sudden drop at some point. :/

Pancreatitis is the WORST! Im happy to hear Taz is feeling a bit better!
