Good Morning, Everyone,
We all had a good night (very cool sleeping weather; heavy rain; a good night to sleep soundly). Rusty woke me with head butts a second before the alarm went off. Good test, shot, 2 sittings of breakfast, but the big guy doesn't feel like playing yet. Yesterday I made a "puzzle box" for him like the one Melissa made for Tarragon and he had a good time playing with it (and simultaneously with his "Red Ears" mouse on a string). It looks like we will get some sunshine today, so in a little while I'll take Rusty outside. Maybe I'll be able to get out on my bike this afternoon (to make up for the missed ride yesterday: I'm actually sorry I cancelled it, because most of the rain held off until mid afternoon--I'll learn one of these days and if it had been a paddle or a hike I wouldn't have cancelled, but slimy roads and poor visibility are not good for bike rides and it is hard to predict at 8 A.M. what it will be like at 10 A.M. when you have a whole group of people to contact!)
Everyone have a fine Thursday,
Ella & Rusty
