I was so excited to post today because I think we finally hit a dose we can hold for awhile for the first time in a year and a half...then he had to go and bounce. I do wonder if he maybe went below 70 last night, seems like nadir has shifted.

More importantly, he's feeling better than ever. 5 Ps are back, along with his affection and sass (often times a tenth of a second apart from each other)

Oh @Wendy&Neko I figure it's time to think about how to handle reductions, knock on wood. At this dose (13U) is it 0.5U? as long as nothing crazy is happening (i.e. very low numbers, or very hard to bring up)

I'm so happy Mr. Kitty is feeling better and you are happy with the dose. It would be lovely to see you get to take a reduction at some point soon, Melissa. Hope you have a wonderful day.

Glad he's feeling better! I love that photo in your s/s, he has so much character in his expression. That's a photo begging for a thought bubble, it's just waiting to become a meme.

Great Mr. Kitty report! Love the sass and affection.:p

Usually changes over 10 units are by 1 unit at a time, moving to 0.5 units between 5 and 10 units. Think of changes as 10-15% of total dose. This a kind of ECID. Acros even more different. Neko was quite sensitive to small changes, some need larger ones. So basically, time to experiment and see what works for Mr. Kitty. I used smaller changes if I was just trying to move the nadirs up a notch. Below 40 got the full decrease deal and so did lower 40's sometimes, if reductions were coming quickly. I also learned the hard way (20's ) not to skimp on reductions when the time is right. If you are starting cabergoline, you don't want to skimp.

A favour to ask, as cute as Mr. K's pic is on the spreadsheet, it's blocking the AMPS doses.

Thanks! Makes sense. Now that I said it, he'll throw in a few more increases for good measure, I'm sure.

Plan to start the cabergoline tomorrow now that I have it.

Did not know about the pic, sorry! It's fine on my end so I'll see if I can just move it down more. I can't upload to the forum still (phone) so it's best way to "share" pics.
