Hi,

is Arnie still on meds?
You were doing so well up till April, assume it was the meds that threw him?

His numbers look like they are increasing, might want to increase up to 3.25u and see if it makes a dent. Under 140 is an excellent goal in terms of giving Pancreas chance to heal.
 
Just a few days ago I noticed Arnie was getting the black gunk in his ears again, mainly the right ear so I started him back on the steroid ear drops. He will be getting them for about another 5 days. I am also going to increase him soon. I HATE to keep going up and up. He was doing GREAT on 1/4 unit just a few months ago and now we are climbing past 3 units again!
 
I agree with Kate. You've been on the 3u for some time and he is still >200. I'm sorry, I understand not wanting to go up....but sometimes you have to go up to come back down, kwim? Hope you have a good Friday cat_pet_icon
