6/20 Dimi - AMPS 74, +7 79

Dimi is ready for his reduction to 0.10 tonight. My daughter and I have studied the photo of the dose, but when we try to draw that amount up, it looks pretty much the same as 0.25. We'll do our best.

Still very stressful over here. It's day 10 in the hospital for my son. Although the infection/pneumonia in his lung is still raging, his vital signs are good, so they are talking about sending him home tomorrow with one IV antibiotic that we'll need to administer, and 2 oral antibiotics. Hope I can become as adept with the IV infusions as I am with the insulin injections.

With the 0.10 dose I just put the plunger a little bit under the 0 line, just do the best you can

So glad to see your sons vitals are better and that you might be able to go home soon. Side note saw you are fellow DMVer - sending you good vibes and healing thoughts from DC awesome doctors in this area - Glad your son is getting the care he deserves

Hi Laura, thanks so much for your kind words. Great to meet another DMVer on here! We're at Sibley now, but normally live in Bethesda. Looks like Nellie is a couple months behind Dimi, but already showing a bunch of nice greens!

and I echo Diane’s sentiment- hope you get a chance to rest, I know the multiple caregiver hats must be a lot to bear sometimes but you are doing an amazing job.
