if 0.25 is your smallest dose, I say go for it! (most of us write 1 drop as 0.1, that's why I keep asking if you really can do a smaller dose, it looks strange to see 0.25 on the spreadsheet and then go OTJ).

Multiple small meals are better than larger ones, to help support her newly functioning pancreas. Test at least twice a day. If you see a number that is higher than you like, feed a snack and test again in 3-4 hours to see if her pancreas brought the number down on its own.
