6/16 173 PMPS

Good morning Happy Birthday to Trey.He is 10 we think we got him as a stray 7 years ago...Today Trey started off with a test of 327BG @7:30AM but last night when he had his shot I could smell the insulin and hubby said he sure he got it in but I am not sure it was not another furshot and he did get to eat a bit before the test this morning.Oh the stress, but much better now that we wrap him in a towel. We tested him at 7:30 and giving the shot at 8:00am want to get back on time so 30 minutes early in morning and leave him at night. Does this sound ok. He is getting his shot at 8:00am Then tonight he will get tested at 8:00pm with shot right after. :RAHCAT @-)

OK before Trey got his shot I did a smell test and could just bearly smell insulin so after did another and still very little so yes last night was a fur shot .....LOL Kath Wil not be home today so no testing again DH will be home with the furkids today I am running away will be back after 9:00PM So everyone leave me lots of help messages and Have a great day got to give my nerves a break Off to see Aunt 87 and grandkids LOL

Lantus does have a strong scent, but at least that way we know when we've given a fur shot.

Nice PS last night -- not bad AMPS for a fur shot. Not this cycle, cause of the fur shot, but next couple of cycles, can you get some spot checks?

Just got home Trey had his test @ 8:00pm 173BG will do some extra testing maybe tomorrow and on Friday we will get a full curve done ok should do what hours is best for a curve 3,6,10 right chat tomorrow tired Thanks for Treys Birthday wishes Kath Had a very nice day hope you all had one too
