Not sure how he does it every time I leave, but Walter once again managed to drop pretty low on my poor cat-sitter. And I cut his dose in half!!! She didn't give him Insulin this morning and he ate his entire breakfast and seemed just fine.
Thank you to everyone who responded to yesterday's post about purchasing Insulin in Canada. We made it to Ottawa very late last night after lots of delays. I will call around tomorrow to see if I can find a pharmacy in Montreal that will sell me (or my Canadian colleague) Lantus without a script. It would be easiest if I could just buy it on the day we're leaving. Otherwise, I will just go ahead and purchase it here. I have a fridge in my room, so it shouldn't be a problem.
Alright, I better get ready. I still woke up at 2 am - I guess my body is so used to getting up at 2 am (+6) too feed a snack and test that I don't even need an alarm anymore. Needless to say, I am a bit slow moving this morning.
