He's begging for food so I have him a few more freeze dried treats for now. In 15 mins it will be time for me to test again.

The freeze dried is fine. If he is going up again you can even give him a little low carb food before you go to sleep. You just need a couple of tests where he is on the rise that aren't food influenced before you go to sleep or leave him.

Yep. I suspect he will stay the same up go up a little at the +7 mark. Your last two are essentially the same, just a few points. i've gotten that difference on the same drop of blood.

I'm ready for sleep and he's ready for me to leave his ears alone. He's starting to make a slight meow when I stick him. He's ok right after and I give him a treat and put Neosporin with pain relief on it. Thank goodness I have you all around for moral support.
What can I use to clean the Neosporin off his ears?

If the next one is up I think it is far enough into the cycle that you can call it a night. If it is up and you are at all concerned, you can leave out a little lc food. I'm heading to bed now. Are you okay on your own? I don't know if Ann is still up or not.
 
Sorry, I couldn't get through on the board. Peyton has been surfing since the 75 at +5.5 . I think you can give hime some food now and get a little sleep yourself. I'll be up for awhile, Tess isn't done yet. So if you want to get another test it that's good too, but I don't think you really need to. Can you get a +11 in the morning/? It helps to see what's coming up.
 
I went ahead and fed him because I know he's starving and we are going to call it a night. Or should I say morning!

He didn't get his injection until 8:45 tonight and it's usually at 8:30. Do I need to stick with 8:45 for tomorrow and test him at 7:45? Or does it make that much of a difference this one time?
 
It was only 15 minutes so you should be able to shoot at your regular time. We usually make time adjustment by 15 minutes a cycle. Ni ni.
 
Well that didn't happen because I overslept by a few minutes. I'll have to back my time up later. Thanks!
