We've been doing several bounce and then slide patterns with Petey and yesterday was a small bounce, so when he was 87 pre-shot today I was expecting him to keep declining tonight. Instead he bounced up slightly an hour after the shot. I'm not disappointed because this means I probably don't have to check him in the middle of the night but it wasn't what I thought I'd get based on his pattern.
Big picture: he's been at his current dose of 3.5u for about 3 weeks and I haven't had a fur shot in about 10 cycles. Definitely seeing the benefit of that as we're spending so much time in green and blue with just a few pops up to yellow (YAY!). Is the hope that with more time on this dose, he will continue to settle into it and we won't have these recurring minor bounces? Or is this something that happens regularly for some cats?
Thank you!
