Wow, June already! It;s been six months since Ruperts dx. Not sure if we are any further ahead than we were back then, at least number wise,. cat-wise he's sleek and purry and VERY vocal this morning, yelling at us to get up at 5:30 doh!!! Looks like, maybe, the bounce is clearing already.. hope so, a pink this morning rather than the anticipated red and at least he spent quite a few hours yesterday in some nice colours.
Weather NOT at all summery here, grey and dismal and foggy. grrrr. oh well, one more day till the weekend. Work has been beyond annoying and less than fulfilling lately, weekends make it worthwhile! Farrier coming tomorrow to work on Rojo's feet. We've had to wait two weeks since we got him in order to allow the feet to grow a bit more so we'd have something to work with. I think he's going to be soooo much happier once we can get him even. Really amazes me how there can be so many farriers out there doing such crappy work! My guy very excited to sort Rojo out. Hopefully the weather will clear enough that we can at least hit the trails a bit on the weekend. He has his first show (a fairly important qualifying Class A show!) on June 15!! (I think we will just show him halter at this one since only two weeks work beforehand might just be pushing it! guess we'll see how things come together.
Hope everyone has a great day today and that all the kitties get together on the lower floors to plan the rest of the weekend together!
