I’m glad you have gone back up in dose a bit. I would stay with this dose for a few days, unless ketones appear or it drops too low as Lantus like’s consistency. It doesn’t like the dose to be chopped and changed because it messes with the depot.
How does Mookitty seem in herself?

Tonight it either seems like it wasnt enough or she bounced. She has really high number in the 500s at a time where it should be at the bottom. She is meowing a lot tonight and hyperactive like before diagnosis (but before DKA).

Did you check the BG to see it wasn’t a faulty strip?
It’s possible it could be a bounce. She doesn’t bounce for long though, so we should see tomorrow if she comes back down.
Is she eating well.? And no ketones today?
 
I didn't retest but she is acting the way she does when bg is high: distinctly very loud. I hope it ends soon. She sounds uncomfortable and now i know all those loud nights before her diagnosis what was happening to her (she kept people up for a year). People in my house would get mad at her and assumed she was misbehaving or being "needy". Poor baby.

She has been eating a lot almost every day. I haven't detected ketones during last cycle or really a definitive positive yet. Last cycle she seemed fine but wanted freedom.
