Yesterday's Condo

Shadow is not crazy about the FF I had to use last night for snack and breffis and there was some pukus this morning. Case of Evo 95% will be available for m this afternoon so that will solve that hopefully. He seems to be tying to gt his numbers down from the bounce.
Raja was out on the terrace last night and we let Shadow join her. Ha. Both of them escaped and had a touch of freedom last evening. Of course, I followed them so it wasn't so much freedom. Shadow just loves to roll around on the cement and then he wandered downstairs and hung out by the canal, rolling on cement on the ground level! Neither one ran under the bushes. I brought him back inside and Raja spent time barricaded behind a higher fence last evening on the terrace and she even came to bed with us last night. She stayed until we fall asleep. That was something very different!
She has been unusually affectionate lately.
(every night she runs up on our bed and allows DH to pet her for awhile as I am in the bathroom. As soon as I come into the room, she splits! It is "their" special bonding time! She "allowed" him to pet her in the mornings when she was begging for her dry food to be topped off. When I got rid of the dry, she immediately replaced their morning time with this ritual at night! She has been doing this for over a year now, sometimes fussing until we turn off the tv and begin the going to bed routine. So funny...to see her jump on the bed and wait for him!) Last night, she stayed between us for the longest time instead of rushing out of the room. What a funny little kitty!

great number this morning and great report! Twix kinda does the same thing with peter at night. Twix is a very don't touch me kinda girl, in the sweetest way possible. Well now that mocha get's locked up in our room at night, I go in first and peter stays out with twix until she settles down and get's into her bed for the night. Lately though, before she get's up in her bed, she lays on peter. When peter first told me about this I just couldn't believe it, but he says she does it almost every night now! While I do feel left out I am happy that twix is ok with us putting mocha away in our room at night and enjoys that special time with peter.

Things are looking and sounding good in this condo! It's very sweet that they have their special bonding time. Logan has started sleeping with us again. He came and snuggled with me for a while and then went to the foot of the bed until DH2B came to bed. He then came up and snuggled with him, too. He does his "lumberjack" move (we call it the LJ) where he just falls over on top of you. It's hilarious. :lol:

Not to bad for Shadow...a nice fairly low blue! Moonie's party must have agreed with him.

Loved you Shadow and Raja report this morning. Tis the time for kitty escapes...Spot slide inbetween the fence rails the other day and I had to go chase him...and he actually ran...ran...ran...for the hills, it was so funny. I had to cut him off at the pass. It's funny how our guys get into their own routines, too. All my furries know when it's time to go to bed even before I do!

Niiiiice number this morning Shadow! It'd be great if you're thinking about joining Raja and everybody at the place we won't name just yet. I keep hearing great things about it and I'm excited about going there myself soon (anti-jinx!!) you want me to scope it out and come tell you all about it? I know Max has been talking to you and I'm sure Raja has lots to say about it. I hear it's all parties all the time (except when you want to relax, I hear there are cool trees to chill out in and sunbeams all the time over there!) I have to go now, there's a bird at the window I need to take care of.

Isn't it funny how set they get in routine? Tugger will start hanging out at the front of the hall leading to the bedrooms at about 9:00. He gradually moves down the hall, napping between moves of course, till about 10 or 11 then he'll lay outside the bedroom door for a while before he eventually gets on our bed. That's how it goes if someone doesn't go to bed when *he's* ready. If at any point in that process, someone even heads in the direction of the bedroom, he'll race to get there first and stake his claim on the bed (sometimes I like to make several trips in there just to get him exercising :-D ). Once you settle in, he'll come up for scritches and love till you say "ni-ni" and then he'll go down to the corner of the bed where he likes to sleep near my feet.

BB and Tux are much more vocal about it. When they are ready for bed they just start yelling at you till you do what they say :lol: The other two haven't shown any interest in sleeping with us so they don't worry about it, they just find a spot and go to sleep with no regard to the beans whatsoever :lol:

Very nice amps. I see that Shadow doesn't have a hangover from last nights party. Maybe he was dancing so much he didn't have time to get into trouble. I hope his great numbers continue.

We are now the proud owners of a case of Evo 95% Chicken & Turkey (minus one that was just opened) The countdown begins till we need another....just more supplies to keep an eye on, right? nailbite_smile The man said he would always have some in stock and was very nice. I used a couple of leftover FF cans while I waited for today to arrive. Both ate their +8 snack with relish which was nice.
Evo 95% chicken and turkey mixed with homemade Feline Future raw turkey....(that was to be said with a Julia Child voice BTW! Mastering the Art of Feeding your Royal Felines...I will write the book...don't anybody steal my idea or title! :lol: )
DH said that Shadow was crying while I was gone....long wailing cries...I guess he missed me. AWwwwww.
I tested him and gave him a bite before I left and got home 1 1/4 hours later. Good thing I didn't stop anywhere else! My babies! :mrgreen:
