Sienne, those were great photos/"cards"...thanks for that. I appreciate it! I got a card from my neices and nephew - it said "Hapy Birthday to the smartest member of our family" and then on the inside, it said "of course, that's like saying you're the most civilized monkey in the zoo." I just burst out laughing. They're so great.

Esse is a yellow 291 this morning...I'll take it, no doubt. She's just a happy kitty, so all is well at this point.

Michelle, sorry to have missed wishing you a happy birthday. Despite your recent stress I hope you had a great birthday. Enjoy the poneeeeee ride today :-D

Sienne, yes, I did need a giggle...and they came through. Also had a good, 90 minute talk with my brother, too. He's a dear. I'm still pretty depressed about everything, but trying to see the positives in it. And surprisingly, there are quite a few. So if I can stay focused on that, it'll be easier.

Joyce, I am gonna have a great time with Tango...my instructor and I are meeting this week to plan out the show schedule and training schedule for the summer (which I now have...a summer vacation! One of the positives...). He loves to jump, so we're going to focus on that this summer, and hopefully, show him in jumping in September/October. Of course, most of the focus will be on *me* jumping him (as he has a natural talent for it...whereas I cling and scream over jumps...LOL) rather than him learning how to jump. It's gonna be a good summer...and it starts today.

and yes, these are good numbers for Esse lately, so I'll take it and be glad.

Hi Michelle, Happy Summer to you, Esse, Eeyore, and Tango (and all of the other 4-footed creatures in your life)! It will be a great time to regroup/recapture spirits. I envy you your riding and jumping. I haven't been on a horse since high school, but then I used to ride every week, took part in lots of horse shows and loved the jumping events (as long as I had a horse who knew what he/she was doing and took me along for the ride!). Enjoy your day and best of luck with filing your paperwork. I hope the outcome will be satisfactory.
