Breffis was eaten, everyone is grooming now. Shadow is getting an increase to 2.0u. Thank you so much Monique, for checking in on us and helping me out. He was only on 2.0u once before back in early Nov. for a couple of days. I hope this will get his attention...Many thanks!! :mrgreen:

Hoping CD & Big Mac are okay after those devastating storms in their area....sending lots of hugs to them....has anyone heard from her?

Geez I didn't know Shadow was on 20u :mrgreen: Must be a typo....I don't expect he will be on it to long this time either, the difference is he will have to work harder to get off it this time. He needs lots of time in blues and greens to really give his pancreas a chance, if he bounces that's ok let the insulin shoot the bounce down too a short bounce even in the reds is not as damaging as hanging for longer periods in pinks and yellows. Lots of blue and green then wean him down while keeping the momentum.

I noticed tha typo too, like Monique.
Eeek, Shadow is not high dose so maybe go back and change that 20u to 2u :-D
I hope Mr. stubborn Shadow works with this increase or Monique just might threaten
another one.

about CD... last i heard she was attending the Longwood Gardens reunion. not sure if she's back home yet. i don't *think* the storms were as bad by her as they were in middle TN. everything is shut down here and we're under a mandatory curfew. luckily, there's no rain in the forecast til the end of the week. yaaay!

Good luck with the increase. From what "they" ( whomever they is) say you have to go up to come down. :roll:
Putty was up to 3.25 units last summer which seemed to be his breakthrough dose....now down to 1.75 so I guess "they" are right. :mrgreen:

Did Shadow keep you up last night like Pedro kept me up?

Will be watching to see what the new dose brings for you guys. I bet you stocked up on test strips!

When will someone realize that I am not equipped to deal with any of this? The typos are only a small manifestation of my deficiencies. ~O) I feel a little more with it now. Don't you all feel sorry for Shadow and Raja with me as their Bean? :YMSIGH:

We hardly feel sorry for Shadow and Raja for having you as their mama bean! Quite the opposite! They're very lucky to have you in their lives! Hope the increase does the trick and Shadow gets with the program soon.

Logan is looking forward to dancing with Raja at Max's party. He's ready to show off a couple of new old moves he hasn't pulled off in a while!

Mornin' Pat! I've been trying to catch up from my week of absences with this new drooler and everything that's been going on. I've really slacked on making visits and feel so badly about it! I will tell you that I do NOT feel sorry for Shadow and Raja, they are lucky kitties to have you for their bean! Also... do you EVER sleep woman?!?! I just looked at Shadow's ss and I immediately wanted a nap! :lol:

Darn! TWO typos, and I didn't get to be cheeky about either one of them? I'll have to get here earlier tomorrow and see what Pat says before her morning coffee.

I hope the 2.0 does the trick. Shadow needs to buckle down and get serious or he'll be in summer school!

No, I don't feel sorry for Raja & Shadow - they have a wonderful bean. That amps wasn't bad, so I hope that 2u will kick in soon and get you some nice blues & greens. Have a good Monday.

I was cooking up a storm today....recipe from Julia Child's "Mastering the Art of French Cooking" AND i chopped up 3 poor little wabbits and through it into my food processor. No bones. Then i added my Feline Future powder which arrived today (speedy delivery from those folks) I have a supply now of wabbit for my wittle kitties. I have also lost my mind....or what was left of it! LOL
Shadow liked it at +8....but Raja saw me standing aside and watching her eat so she was suspicious i guess. She didn't finish it....
I must admit that ground wabbit meat would be a lot better than having to stare down at the little creature....but I don't want to talk about it. I just kept my mind on something else and didn't think about what i was looking at.
Hope they will enjoy it as the time goes by.....They are now skipping around the house with little baskets on their arms...something is wrong I tell you! :o
