5/29 AMPS 362-- possible air bubble?

Curly has been coming down steadily every day as to his preshot glucose, so I am thinking we are on the right dose but will keep checking and see if it continues.

Just one question-- would a possible air bubble in the solostar pen mean I should discard? It is pretty obviously an air bubble, I think I pushed a little bit back in on the first or second day. I don't want to use it if it might be bad. It is totally clear otherwise.

Thanks!

Unless you either start seeing floaties in the pen or BG numbers get wonky, it should be fine. Just don't inject any more air into the pen. Overfill your syringe, withdraw it from the pen, and then expel the overage in order to titrate the dose.

Just checking in, glad to see curly's numbers are better! And glad to hear that you can still use the pen with an air bubble.
