Hello LL! Well I think we is oldtimers here or maybe I just have oldtimers. Either way here is an update on the big boy. He seems to be doing very good number wise. He has been on 2.75 units of Lev and last night I missed my mark and he got more of a 2.5, I did it twice and thought I might as well stick with it and see what happens.
Next Tues afternoon I'm going to take him in for blood work and a check up. He has been drinking what seems to me allot of water or maybe he just likes laying with his head on the water bowl. I have been putting it off because I just couldn't go back to the vet's office with him until I brought MisMew home from there. For anyone that doesn't know I live in Northern Wisconsin and my sweet MisMew left us in Feb. so she had to stay there until I could bury her here. We did that yesterday. I'm feeling better now that she is here, it was really wearing on me everyday that she wasn't here. I got to say good bye to her again it was hard but it was good for me too.
Had it not been winter at the time I would have had the vet come here, it is much better to say good bye and cry in your own house then at the the vets with people looking at you.
So back to Boris, he seems to be doing pretty good, does all his usual stuff which isn't to much. He has been more social and comes out to the bar to look out the screen door. He plays a little with OK and loves her up. She doesn't understand why she doesn't get a ear poke and a shot, still lays right next to him at shot time. Makes it all very interesting.
I'll try to stop back here soon and I'm sure to give a report after his vet visit. I'm not to worried but I hope to feel better after he is checked over.
Have a wonderful Caturday!
