Well, if you look at the causes of protein in the urine, one of the things usually listed is feline diabetes. Now, if the kidneys are damaged then it may not be reversible. Unless you do the UPC Ratio testing you may not find out the situation. Right now, I'd say the first priority is to get the diabetes under better control. You are well on your way.hanks I’m gonna give it my best shot, no pun intended. See I didn’t realize the protein could improve with regulation, good to know.
Oh, and about the spreadsheet, it's very important to keep your spreadsheet updated pretty much with every test. If you have a situation where you need dosing advice or your cat is dropping too low, then the people on this Board who are helping you will need to be able to quickly look at your spreadsheet to see what's been happening. It would not be good if you are asked to update your spreadsheet an there's a delay while you input a week's worth of data. Does this make sense? And without data, we're not really allowed to comment.
