previous - 5/15 - Alphyne - PMPS @ 353 - how long for bounce to clear? | Feline Diabetes Message Board - FDMB

    Hi again!

Based on today's curve (which isn't quite over yet, but the nadir appears to have been reached), it looks like Alphyne should be getting a dose increase.

I was concerned she was still bouncing from some lows a little over a week ago. I think she cleared last night, but her numbers were up again this morning, so I can't tell.

Am I safe to assume she is no longer bouncing, and can go ahead with the increase (unless she dramatically comes down in the next few hours)?

I know they can go up, down, and sideways, but I don't want to give her too much and have her crash. This is a new one for us, since she's been consistently going down (or juggling between 2 numbers), not up.

    Thank you!!

I think she's good for an increase :)

You don't need to wait for a bounce to be over to increase. You just don't want to increase on the same cycle as they break the bounce, cause it can mean extra downward momentum.
