She ate well, 2 1/2 Tbsp (Wellness Turkey Salmon and some kitten food). I accidentally gave her Wellness instead of the kitten food she's preferred lately and she ate it up, so that's good. And I didn't even have to bug her, other than putting some Fortiflora on the last Tbsp I put down. She seems to be in good spirits.

She's nibbling on some more food - from the boys' bowls now.

Wow - she listens to you, now she's in the pinks!

Maybe you should tell her to get down to those yellows and blues, cuz she's not listening to me!

Well, I bet she touched yellow today, but I wasn't here to see it. Oh well.

Didn't really want to eat much for dinner - ate slightly over 1/2 of what I would like her to eat. But then she did eat some turkey I hand fed her, so she's only a little short of a full meal. Still...

Going to go for a walk and I'll try to get her to have a snack when I get back.

Gave her the third Baytril. Again - at least I think I did. She struggles and spits it out (even with butter on it). I think it's more because I'm forcing something in her mouth than because she hates it. But I don't trust her to chew it up and swallow it. So, finally I got it in and held her little mouth shut. Her jaw seems more delicate than Big Cat's - I can open his mouth and hold it open fairly easily. Kasha struggles and it's tough to get her mouth to stay open for even a full second. I don't know how I shoved a pill in there, but I squirted water in her mouth and she seemed to swallow. Then I searched for the pill in her fur, on my clothes, on the carpet - nothing. Checked my pockets - no sleight of hand. So - I can only assume that I've gotten 3 down, 11 more to go.

What would you think about bringing Kasha's dose up to 1.0u? With the UTI and these numbers, I think Kasha has room for a dose increase.

I was going to ask about a dose increase. I'm a little concerned that the ABs will kick in and send her numbers lower though - and since I'm working, I won't be around in the day to monitor her. I'm willing to take advice though...
