Okay, this cat is coming down the dosing curve fast...I can just feel it... Second Mindy, there must be something about cats called Max :-D

I'm holding the 1.25s dose for 6 cycles as per Siennes advice (thank you) , I gave it very nervously this morning, and left out quite a bit of food. He must just have a good easy day today and then bean is with him through the weekend to check what is happening. Will have an opportunity tomorrow to really check what this dose is doing to his nadir and then make a call. I'll drop the following dose to 1.00 if he goes below 50, otherwise I'll hold it.

Thanks again for all your advice and help LL

Looks like things are going well here! You've got a good plan in place--I'm just sorry I don't have internet at home to watch what he does over the weekend! It also looks like you're getting more comfortable with the lower numbers, which is good. It takes a little time, but eventually you start smiling when you see 50s and 60s! I hope Max has a great day, and your whole family has a great weekend!

Those Maxes, they all do well here!!! Maybe I should have named Moonie -Maxine
Have a great Friday!

 @ Ronnie Moonie must need better incentive! Maybe she and Max should start hanging out and he'll be a good influence!

I'm looking forward to seeing what the weekend brings for Max here, could be interesting! Lucky you that your Friday is over and now you can kick back and relax with your shoes off and a happy kitty in your lap! Or, hopefully that's your plan ;-) I've had to refuse two kitties a lap in the past little while because I'm not sitting still for long enough to make it worthwhile. They are not happy kitties  Too bad though, I had to wash a blanket that someone peed on. Which is probably my fault, I don't think the litter boxes got scooped the night before last (found the blanket last night after finding pee on a plastic grocery bag and the boy said the boxes were pretty full when he did 'em last night) Tux is very happy to remind me when the boxes get gross  I guess it just slipped through the cracks that night, I assumed hubby had done it while I was out and the living room box didn't stink while I was watching TV so I didn't think about it. He may have assumed I'd done it before I left or something, I dunno. I just know we need a better system because I do not like dealing with cat pee anywhere other than the LB. OK, I don't even like dealing with it there but it's much preferred!

Have a great weekend!
