5/10 Rex - My Prince

Hello LL

Thank you for the thoughts, words and prayers.

Rex is resting in the dining room. Sleeping most of the day. He is responsive - purring when I lay next to him - telling him that I love him and he is a beautiful boy!
He is still using the little box. He sits up and still walks over and lays down next to me. We went to the park Wednesday/Thursday evenings for him to enjoy the outdoors and fresh air.
He was quite alerts and walked around and snuggled next to us on the blanket.

We have all the plans scheduled, but for now we are making him comfortable and making him feel loved.

Hi Rich,

I don't know you or your Prince Rex, but I know what you're going through right now. Just know that there is nothing that you could have done differently and you are doing every loving kindness possible for your Prince right now.

I know it's not much comfort. Letting go is definitely the hardest part of sharing our lives with our beloved pets.
