I was just doing that! Thanks, he is being a good boy today.Tucker sounds like he's feeling much better with these numbers than his mommabean is.
Could you change the subject line to reflect your current BG test data? Thanks. Looks like you've got this now.
Are you stalling? Test in 20 mins to see if he's going up.5.3 (95) PMPS: Do I shoot? I'm home all night.
No worries, Tucker has not had any dry food since April. He is on very low carb wet only. Some kitties go into remission after taking them off Dry food. Not good to feed any cat dry food. Did you read the sticky by Dr. Pierson about dry food?
Best of luck![]()
Yes, that sounds like a good idea. I missed the window! For the future, if you get a falling number at +9 or +10, get a +11 so when you get the PMPS and it is low, you will be able to see if it is higher or lower than the +11.
I waited and did a +30 minute repeat test and he went up to 6.4. I'm going to shoot and test at +1 etc to make sure he is safe. For the future, if you get a falling number at +9 or +10, get a +11 so when you get the PMPS and it is low, you will be able to see if it is higher or lower than the +11.
The kittens are finishing off the bag of Prescription Diet for diabetic cats. Once that bag is finished they will go on raw and low carb foods with Tucker. Are the "kittens" on dry food?
Yes I think Tucker is safe for you to shoot.I waited and did a +30 minute repeat test and he went up to 6.4. I'm going to shoot and test at +1 etc to make sure he is safe.
