Yesterday's Day 3 OTJ Trial Condo
Good Morning LL!
We start Day 4's adventure with a mellow 87, a flying pass over the turbo scratcher and a crazy chasing-his-own-tail "falling off the edge of the chair" session. Leo the lover again slept crashed against his bean. Nothing like being nailed to the bed in your sleep when a cat finds you unconscious with your legs apart.
Leo has been eating ALL his food lately. He gets 1.5 cans of FF each cycle. I know that's more than the formula calls for (which is about 1 can a cycle for his weight) but he's a very active cat. His scale is at home and I'll weigh him when we get back. But WOW on the CPC lately!
:?: So a question ... yesterday Ann & Maggie called Leo "our miracle boy" and Wendy said it's nice to see a cat go OTJ after so long. Is Leo unusual in his journey? Not to jinx the 4 OTJ trials in progress, but Mego was 14 days on insulin, Solider 17 days, Star 27 days and Leo 224 days. Are the other kitties more typical?
Thanks for the late night visits Liz, Carla, Angela, John and Wendy. Hmmm, something about St. Patty's day when Leo started hitting the greens hard. When is the next green holiday? Wendy, Ann and Tess asked. Hmmm.
Happy Caturday! I'm off to check out a new trail in a park near here that's supposed to be dirt - easier on the joints. Will be about 44F - it's sunny but the trails will probably be shady. Should be a nice run!
