In am following SLGS. Every time I reduce the dose due to lower preshot numbers his BG spikes the following few days which I understand is normal as the depot is readjusting. Based on the data I collected would it be safe to keep the insuline dose as is (2.25) if his numbers score between 150 and 200 instead of giving a token dose, and maybe give a token dose or reducing it if he falls below 150 but above 100?
His nadir is still above 90 so he didn’t earn any reduction.
 
With SLGS the no shot/reduced BG number is lowered with data. I would definitely start shooting a full dose if over 150 but start getting sone before bed tests when possible.

@Hala Hi I see you switched to the Bravo meter per your spreadsheet ,I would correct that in your signature
Tap in your name up top, then tap in signature and add Bravo meter ,you can delete the pet meter you have there :cat:

Oh I see, that makes perfect sense. I am not sure why I don’t remember this paragraph so thank you for posting it.
I will increase the testing post the pm shot.
