Yesterday's Condo

Good Morning everyone and Happy Saturday!

Luci must have enjoyed all the excitement yesterday and decided to give me a lovely beachy blue start this morning. She had a lovely surf yesterday too! Finally we're back to some better numbers. She seems to be feeling fine and is rooting around in the shipping boxes - yesterday we received a new expresso machine and Luci of course wanted to participate in every step of the de-boxing process. I've been wanting one of these things for a long long time and finally took the plunge...it's quite a work of art! And an art to making coffee with the thing! Those baristas make it look so easy...believe me, it's not! LOL!

Ok, Luci is completely exhausted after unboxing that 'thing'...and now needs a nap on dad's jacket on the lanai...

I am terrible with any kind of mechanism. I have a smartphone I only use for an alarm and my husband had to teach me how to set that up. My husband made me get it in case I needed a phone for emergencies. I can barely remember how to call out lol and when it rings, I just stare at it but I would not answer it anyhow. I have not given out the number because I dont use it and it is weird numbers that call in ... I can see the numbers show up. I hate phones and have always avoided them like the plague :D

Luci looks like she could figure out that thing quicker than I could. She sure did a lot of inspections of it :)

Back in 2017, someone taught me how to set up like you have for yesterday's condo and I have poked around and tried everything to get that done that way but I cannot figure how to do it. I forget how. Can you tell me how? I used to have it where the blue words showed ... example: 4/1 Mouzer ... that would be the link to the previous condo. I would appreciate it if you would teach me this, so I can do it again.

Luci looks like she is having a ball as usual. I hope she will spend today reading the instructions so she can make espressos for her hoomans. Earn your keep, Luci:cat:, and keep those good numbers coming.

Thank you for helping out! I'm getting ready to leave to run my usual Sat. morning errands....if you're still around can you help Inky and his mom? That cat is in a hurry to get to the lagoon today I think...his mama has to leave soon too...

She is so pretty and her coat looks so healthy. What do you give her for her coat? Does she have a stub tail?

I hate phones too, Cherryl. You are doing better than me. I have a SmartPhone and I have never set it up. It is still in its box three years later. By the way, I love your sense of humor!

You copy the link for yesterday’s post, or whatever link you want to post
On the condo, you type in whatever you want to call your blue link, such as ‘yesterday’s condo’
Highlight, or ‘select’ that word
On the menu bar, where you can add emotjis, bold something, etc. There is a button that looks like a chain link, click that and then paste the URL link that you copied in step 1.

Everyone picks on me because I only learned how to set up my alarm clock, and I actually only learned this recently, so I could have it to tend to Mouzer.
I am gonna get to tell them, if you think I am way behind, let me tell you about this girl I met from the FDMB! ;)

About my humor haha I dont know what humor I have but I laugh a lot in life. I always have.
My family name on my mother's side is High - And we are called the Laughing Highs :smuggrin:
We are a most enjoyable people but we do have our limits as to what we accept for anyone crossing our boundaries hahaha
So, we can also be quite stern at times.
Most of us (my family) have had a lot of counseling, for personal reasons, and we had to be taught how to set boundaries, stick to them and stand on them, no matter how anyone may attempt in making you feel you are not allowed your boundaries. So, even though we are quite pleasant, silly and funny, we have a self preservation mode :D And this does cause me to question, 'what is my sense of humor' hahaha

But hey!! I am glad you love it!
Many do, actually. But they also know there are two spectrums here heehee

Good morning Sue and thank you. Luci is so industrious :woot: :woot: Dolly has no interest in building houses or hideaways from cardboard. Dolly is the least inquisitive cat I’ve ever had but she has other special talents. I love all your pictures and captions. great photos and congrats on the snazzy new :coffee: machine.

we’ve been trying to teach kit how to make coffee for all those late night pj parties.
now i see clearly that an unboxing should be the first step in her schooling! :joyful:

She's a Manx - and was born with a stub tail...her mama had one too :)

I really don't do anything special for her as far as feeding her anything for her coat - she's always had a velvety thick shiny coat of fur...but then she's always been a good eater...maybe it's the butter? She loves butter and never misses an opportunity to raid my butter dish - I try not to allow her to have it...but there are occasions! She likes cashews too...she has really expensive tastes LOL! :facepalm::p:joyful:

Amazing that she likes cashews. You are fortunate that she has no problems with her coat.
