yesterday

no purring again this morning. it makes the house so silent when punkin doesn't purr in the mornings! maybe he woke up cranky?! who knows.

other than the unusual no purring, he's fine. he's been watching me from the coffee table and now is anticipating the timed feeder to open at :30, he's moved into position to get there first. you never know if sneaky little anya will try to eat his food! hahahahahaha - just fyi, anya stands about 10 feet back when punkin has food, no doubt marveling at how anyone can put their face down and hoover it all in like that.

gray but nice here. the grosbeaks returned yesterday - i came in the living room and saw perhaps a dozen yellow-headed ones on the deck. they are seasonal - usually just here for a couple of weeks. i got a not-that-good pic i'll post in loose lips today.

No motors running this morning eh? I think sometimes it is the grey days shut those motors down.

LOL...it is funny when they "get" the timed feeder thing. Attie can be anywhere in the house and here it rotate, if he is up for it, he looks like a pavlov dog!

Well I hope that wonderful +6 brought Punkin purrs back!!! That's very adorable about Anya ....I can imagine the look on her face :shock: WHO eats THAT fast???

Heehee, I can picture Anya, thinking about the little piggy, vacuuming up the fuds. Checks never did 'get' the feeder.
Hi Julie. It's so darn cold here, I feel bad for the birds that we do have now. Someone needs to explain to them , that Western NY is not warm in April.....and much of May either.

Bummer on the purring. Sometimes Mannie does that too. and looks at you like "you want me to do what? why?" so com'on guys - cut us some slack - you know we beans thrive on those purrs. :lol:
