Hi everyone. My vet recommended a cleaning for Lovey. She never got her teeth cleaned before. ALl bloodwork looks good. Here heart sounds good. Lungs sound clear, but the vet noticed heavy breathing sounds or something. She said that it could be just Lovey's anatomy, the way she was born. She also said that her gaining of 10 ounces could have made the sound get louder. She asked me if she always sounded that way. I don't know. She was always noisy at night when she was sleeping. I don't know if her breathing was a little loud? The vet said that if it was something new it could be a problematic?
I am a little concerned now about doing the dental with those sounds. I got a referral to a dental specialist and mentioned this to him. About 1o months ago, Lovey got an ultrasound to rule out cancer or other things when she was first diagnosed.
