4/24 Hendrick PMPS 101 +2 61

Hendricks numbers look great!
question for you: how do you decide when to test/stop testing? I see you often test late into the night, just trying to make the decision for when I should set an alarm for a +5/6 test vs when it’s safe to sleep as I’m starting to see more green.

for me this was something that took some time and having a good bit of data in order to feel ok about making the test or go-to-sleep call

mainly though, it is simply whether or not he is rising, flat or still dropping. If still dropping, I stay up and test again. If flat or rising by +4, or he is just working in higher numbers that evening, I usually call it a night

every cat is different though and I would expect that how you make the "stay up and test" or "go to bed" decision for Griffin may not be exactly the same. Some people suggest, if numbers are still dropping slightly at +4 to set an alarm and get up and test but that has never worked for me. I'd rather just stay up.
