? 4/20 Mitsos Urgent advice for new dose

Dear friends,
Its been a long time ago, as Mitsos stopped insulin at 0.5 on last March since the numbers were from 80 to 126 for a few weeks...Another reason that made me to stop
was that some family difficult situation made me exhausted to remain without sleep during night

Mitsos the last week the numbers are very high from 256 to 370 so we re going to start insulin again.

Pls confirm what dose can i start?? Within this week we ll visit the vet...May be his mouth is getting worst..

His last good dose was 0.5 units. You could try that to start. If his mouth is bad, be prepared to increase once the depot is built again (5-7 days). How often are you able to monitor now?

Ok thank you! I started by 0.5 and try to monitor every 2 3 hours..
