Well he was just in the 60's during the AM cycle on 4/17, so he could still be bouncing.
Bounces can last up to 72 hours, but with his history of ketones, it's important that you're testing for them.
If more than a trace, he'll need to go to the vet, but if less than that, he may be able to be treated at home.
The more water you can get into him the better though, so if you're not already adding a little water to his canned food, that's a good way to get a little more water in their diet
