Happy Sunday LL!
Holy cow...it feels like a normal day in our household. Thank goodness!
WCR: Six doesn't seem to be a carb sensitive cat and can handle the slightly higher carbs in granny's pot pie. I'm going to call the store to order a case of that as well. Haven't tried it on the civie's but we have a limited supply (bought out the store) and it's the only store that sells it - that I have found - in the area. Paws crossed we have enough until the cowboy cookout cases come in. Six's AMPS were thrilling. I got up around 2ish to feed him his snack so we didn't have another "eating an hour before pre shot time" incident. He was good and hungry. Shot hurt him this morning.

a few things from yesterday's post...
Great idea Sienne. All week long I took new beds/towels to Lyle at the vets...this thought never occurred to me. Going to do it this morning. Still have the hisses and growls and only from his blood brother.
Yep, I didn't think about the acid part, but I did wonder if the fluid loosened any leftover bits from the bowl. I'm still hopeful I took it from a clean pile. But since I have no memory of doing it...we'll just never know. I get hysterical with laughter when I start thinking about it.

If Hugo is still hissing at Lyle, put a sock over your hand and give Hugo a good rub down. Then rub Lyle with the sock. Hopefully, Lyle will begin to smell more familiar to Hugo that way.

THIS by far is the best part of the story.. because orange juice is a (mild) acid I think??.. so I wonder if it would have eaten any of the evidence..![]()
