Yesterday
WCR Baby has eaten breakfast & is back in bed. Baby dropped to 49 yesterday so I had asked if this was time to slide down the dosecreasing scale to .50, I was not sure - since a 49 was so close to 50. Anyway -- my question was missed - it is Ok.. we all get busy! She did bounce a bit this morning, thankfully she is bouncing to blues though -- Anyway. I shot the full .75 this morning & we shall see what the day brings. I am work from home today.

Baby has cleared her bounce to the Blues & she means business! :mrgreen: Nearly a 100 point drop down to the greens.

Good girl Baby. I guess today she will let you know if she is ready for that dosecrease. I waited a couple of times when I knew I was going to be able to monitor to make sure he earned his dosecrease. ;-)

Great job Nicole.
Baby is doing beautifully. I am not one to give any advice as to the dosing
but you know the motto, shoot low to stay low.
I would have ended up doing the same thing too (not sure if that is any comfort, lol)
Baby knows how to handle the low numbers and it is day by day when you will need to reduce.

Wow, Nicole, Baby's spreadsheet is looking fabulous! I haven't been around for a few days and when I stopped in last night to see how Baby was doing, I was amazed at the progress she is making. I can only imagine how happy you've been with her numbers lately!

Baby is looking fabulous! For me I guess since you haven't already decreased I would just watch her closely tonight on the same .75 dose. If she drops below 50 again then she is probably ready for the decrease. But like you said it was a borderline. It could also be a little bit of meter variance too. Which I guess could also mean she might have been a little lower than 49 as well as a little higher.

Go with your gut on this one.

Can you give her just a small snack. Where she is pretty low you don't want to have a big food spike at PS time.

I gave her a couple freeze dried chicken Halo treats.. we have about 45 mins to go..

I agree with Miriam,
tiny snack - so Baby doesn't bite a piece of your leg.... try to hold off the best you can till PMPS.

Something that's low carb should be good. You might want to sneak in another test like at +11.5 just to make sure Baby isn't dropping.

Dropped to 49 last night -- tonight +4 is 46, I think she should slide down the dosing scale in the morning to .50, am I correct?
