Sunny's doing well - his numbers are mellowing out finally, and he's stopped bouncing so high as he used to. But he stopped earning reductions and we've had to go back up to 1.75 (from his lowest at 1U).

I hope we still have a shot at remission - but it is feeling less likely now. His 1 year anniversary since diagnosis is coming up: April 20th.
 
It looks like Sunny’s numbers are really good with the new Lantus pen!

Even though he hasn’t been earning reductions by going below 50 recently, he can still earn reductions by being in normal numbers for a week, so that’s still a possibility on a good dose!

George is past his one year now too, and hasn’t gone under 50 about 5 months.

Thanks Hilary :) I hope we'll start seeing green PS numbers so we can keep moving in the right direction. It would be great to earn reductions without the danger drops!

Haha yes time for new speedos and maybe a snorkel! :) I am happy he's doing so well. Just wish we could get him off the juice altogether. But I know we all wish for that, and it's just sometimes not in the cards. I hope and pray we can still reach that goal.... sigh....
