3/8 Mici PMPS 109 +2 48

@Gordana started with 1U today and Mici already dropped to 48 (recheck 50) 2 hours after PMPS.

I recommended to give carbs and maybe go back to 0.75U tomorrow.
What do you guys think?

Yes, she would reduce to 0.75U tomorrow. Is she using a human meter now?
