Hello everyone.

Well, now I'm scared. Billie's appy is still off. She is picking at her food but definitely not eating enough. She is acting hungry and coming over to check out what I offer her, but she's just licking at things and walking away. She even got sick of her ham and boiled pork. She is drinking water and she licked up a decent amount of broth from Weruva Steak Frites last night, although she wasn't interested in it today.
I'm trying all kinds of food at this point. I even picked up some of the Merrick she used to love and will try that tonight. I feel like we're on thin ice considering her food allergies, but as far as I understand, it takes repeated exposure for a couple weeks for an allergic reaction to happen, so a couple days of experimenting shouldn't hurt.
I didn't give her shot this morning because she barely ate and I am out at work today. Her numbers have been very flat around 200 for days now, which is unusual for her.
Considering the appetite issues and the weight loss from 10lbs in October to 9lbs, her vet is worried. He said that her BW and urine all look great, so his next thought is to get an abdominal ultrasound to check for problems...he mentioned the C word. I really hope that isn't what this is. Of course I went on a googling frenzy, and I'm worried about lymphoma. I suppose IBD is a possibility, but from what I have read, her symptoms don't totally fit? She's not vomiting or having diarrhea, although she was having LB issues/discomfort/scooting earlier this week. She had a nice big poo yesterday, so I don't think she's constipated. I read that the first signs of lymphoma can be lack of appy and weight loss. I don't know much about any of this stuff, and I'm very worried. I guess that goes without saying. Her US is scheduled for the 19th which is too far away in my opinion, but there is a specialist who comes in to do them and that is her earliest appointment. I may look into other options like the IM clinic because I don't like waiting.
Her vet said to bring her in tomorrow if she's still not eating well tonight, so that's my plan. I really hope she's okay. She is acting like herself aside from the loss of appetite. She was chasing her toys around in the middle of the night, and when I took out the laser pointer, she came running and went after it.
Any thoughts and vines are much appreciated!! Thank you.
