Either I gave a fur shot last night in my haste to get back to the party (Edward was at the party, so not available to smell for the fur-shot smell), or this is a continuing bounce from the low nadir two days ago. We'll know better as the day wears on. I'm still considering adding the drop back on to Rusty's dose. In any event, Rusty had a good night and this morning the routine went well. At present he is sleeping in his little bed by the radiator. Yesterday was mild with rain. This morning it is just at freezing and we are expecting some snow tonight. It is very damp. Interesting that my knee feels almost normal, even in this damp, chilly weather.
This morning I looked out at the bird feeders and saw what I thought was a cat underneath them. When she/he looked up, I saw that it was a gray fox! We've seen foxes around from time to time, but I've never seen one eating sunflower seeds. She looked up and we gazed at each other for a minute, and then she took off. More wildlife news: the chipmunk has come out of hibernation. And Chip Chip has been sitting on the window ledge inside our rebuilt little greenhouse! I wonder if the tunnels are iced in and he is stuck there? In any event, I've been scattering sunflower seeds on the floor all winter for the mice, so I'm sure he's getting food!
That's about it for now. I never got back on the board last night. The party was great and we all sat around talking until late.
Sending healing vines to all who need some. Wishing everyone a good weekend.
