Either I gave a fur shot last night in my haste to get back to the party (Edward was at the party, so not available to smell for the fur-shot smell), or this is a continuing bounce from the low nadir two days ago. We'll know better as the day wears on. I'm still considering adding the drop back on to Rusty's dose. In any event, Rusty had a good night and this morning the routine went well. At present he is sleeping in his little bed by the radiator. Yesterday was mild with rain. This morning it is just at freezing and we are expecting some snow tonight. It is very damp. Interesting that my knee feels almost normal, even in this damp, chilly weather.

This morning I looked out at the bird feeders and saw what I thought was a cat underneath them. When she/he looked up, I saw that it was a gray fox! We've seen foxes around from time to time, but I've never seen one eating sunflower seeds. She looked up and we gazed at each other for a minute, and then she took off. More wildlife news: the chipmunk has come out of hibernation. And Chip Chip has been sitting on the window ledge inside our rebuilt little greenhouse! I wonder if the tunnels are iced in and he is stuck there? In any event, I've been scattering sunflower seeds on the floor all winter for the mice, so I'm sure he's getting food!

That's about it for now. I never got back on the board last night. The party was great and we all sat around talking until late.

Sending healing vines to all who need some. Wishing everyone a good weekend.

Thanks for your visit in my condo yesterday. Tess is joining Rusty in a bounce today. You observed that Tess always has some drama when I am in charge, and this weekend is no different. ohmygod_smile
Sounds like your pot luck was a lot of fun. A grey fox this morning. How exciting! Have a good weekend!

Hi Ella ~O) ~O) ~O)

How awesome on that fox. I so love the critters that you have come and visit you. oh oh on chip chip... in the greenhouse?

Such fluctuations with your weather. and so cold! Spring cannot come soon enough, I am sure.

Your party sounds great. How fun to be able to end time talking with friends.

Have a great day today. happy Caturday!

It's so neat that you get the wilderness channel by looking out the window ;-) . I've never seen a fox in person, here it's mostly just coyotes, deer and moose. I'm glad you had a nice party, and that Rusty had a good night and morning, and a green afternoon! . I hope you have a nice rest of your Caturday :-D

Nice slide today, Rusty!   I'm glad your knee is feeling good today, Ella, especially in the cold damp weather. :-D Tillie eats birdseed.

Hi again,
Whether it was a fur shot or a bounce, Rusty cleared it   . The LagoonMeister is on duty.

Awful weather tonight: 30 degrees with heavy, freezing rain.

ni ni,

I think he was reading his condo! Glad it was a fur shot

Also glad to hear your knees is feeling better despite the cold, dreary weather. Hope you and Edward enjoyed the party! How neat to see a fox!!!

Have a great evening. Your other best boy sends big hugs with cimmamum coated paws!

Great cycle tonight - way to dodge that dosecrease Rusty!

Way cool on your wildlife - I've seen a red fox but not a gray one, and even then they aren't very common.

Oooh, Rusty, you know how to party on Caturday night, don't you? Keep it safe, Lagoonmeister!

Glad your knee is feeling okay, Ella, despite the weather. How cool about the fox. The only place I've ever seen one is the zoo. I saw coyotes all the time, growing up in AZ, but no foxes.
