I think you are seeing that she's developed some glucose toxicity from being in high numbers for a while. You are doing all you can. Hopefully a few more days at this dose and the new pen will bring her down again.

She was pretty spunky when she was in the yellow last night. So disappointed when I saw her #’s soar again.

The other explanation for higher numbers is if the old pen was toast. In which case you have wait for the depot to build up again.
