Gracie's yesterday
Oh LBG gave us quite the scare last night. Mike was with her in the kitchen and she was on the bar (which is about 4' off the floor). The counters are granite and the bar has a rough edge to it and she loves to rub her head on it. She put her head down to rub it like she does with her little somersaults and went right over the edge
Thankfully, she landed on her feet and seems to be ok....we've been watching her closely.
Gracie had an absolutely gorgeous day and night yesterday but has "fallen off the rails" (as Wendy puts it) today.
We loved all your visits yesterday. I still haven't finished taxes
and worked on that all day until the KY vs Notre Dame basketball came on and then I had to watch it with Mike.
@Linda and Scooter & Jack ....I fully anticipate that I will not be less busy once I retire. My semi-retirement hasn't had me less busy
@carfurby ...I know and I wish I'd been able to see her dissing Lupita in person. It's always so adorable.
@MollynSkooter ....I think Mike still has his tonsils but I'm not going there

@Anne & Zener (GA) ...I know you were sick a long time and couldn't kick that cough. Love the photo!! That will be me...not
@Bron and Sheba ...I think if she knew how sick the cousin made her daddy, she'd def be hissing at her!!!

@Tricia & Cinco ...I'm definitely going to try and hit Lupita Fridays every week; I only missed it this week because I was gone.

@Wendy&Neko ...I also stalk Neko's SS (and many others as well) and saw she was thinking she needed more juice but looks like it just took the proverbial kick in the pants to get her going!
@rhiannon and shadow ...I have some of that saline spray and I'm going to tell him. that's a great idea...thank you!! I miss you all, too.
